ベルリッツ、24回目のレッスン。講師は前半がイングランド出身のJoe、
後半がアメリカ出身のPaul。
前回に引き続き、レベル3のChapter1。Celebrations。
物静かなJoeのレッスンと身振り手振りを交えて賑やかなPaulのレッスン、
対照的だった。
Paulから突然、Would you like an another daughter? For one month?
と言われた。留学生のホームステイを受け入れないか？ということらしい。

昨日(11/15)の引け後、PGGIHが2007年12月期第3四半期決算を発表
した。今年は暖冬だったので上方修正を期待していたが、見事に裏切ら
れた。通期決算の予想は以下のように下方修正された。

込んだことが原因とのこと。しかし、決算の資料を見ていると来場者数は
増加しているが、平均顧客単価は前年比で悪化しており、売上高原価
率も上昇している。経営的に、良い方向へ行っているとは思えない。
アコーディアに見劣りする業績だ。IR資料もアコーディアの方が遙かに
わかりやすい。もう少し、調べてから購入すべきだった。
