本日もChapter7。今までのレッスンにない指摘を受けた。

－センテンスの最後の方でイントネーションが弱くなっている。これでは
外国人は聞き取れない。日本人の特徴は最初のイントネーションが
強く、その後に弱くなっていく、外国人はその逆なので、コミュニケー
ションの成立が難しい。文章の最後は大きな声ではっきりと、強く、
発音すること。

－日本人は中学時代の英語教育の影響もあって、DoとWillを「Doは現在、
Willは未来」と使い分けているが、厳密には正しくない。
Doには普段、ときどき、近い未来も含めてどうするかなど広範な意味が
ある、従って、特定の行為に対してどうするつもりか、というようなときに
Willが使用される。

テンポの良いレッスンで刺激を受けた。
